Shechita UK calls for Comprehensive Labelling

In response to renewed calls for pejorative labelling of Halal and Kosher meat Shechita UK has called again today for far more comprehensive labelling of meat, which does not stigmatise faith communities of religious slaughter, in a letter to the Daily Telegraph. See the full letter here.
